Acid Reflux Help

Getting immediate relief from acid reflux pains can be a necessity, regardless of whether you’re using acid reflux medications or the self-treatment options that I feel work much better.  If you need some immediate acid reflux help, then you should have a bottle of antacids like Tums handy at all times.

Tums and other antacids will work just fine for some temporary relief, and they’re perfectly safe, but they’re a band-aid approach to solving a much more serious problem.  Look into some real acid reflux solutions as soon as possible.

If you find that you’re using more than one of these per week, then you need to get some more serious acid reflux help from a self-treatment program for acid reflux.  Many of these programs work much better than some of the costly medications handed out from doctors, and the solutions tend to be more permanent.

Basically, it comes down to this – use your antacids for what they’re there for: acid reflux help and temporary relief.  Don’t count on them for long-term pain relief when there are much better options available to you.
